We do not accept web sites with distasteful content, including porno, foul language, hate sites, or advertising sites. We respect all walks of life but this is a family oriented site and we will keep it that way. There is a fine line between "art" and "porno". On our site, if you are showing bare breast, nudity in any sort, it is considered porno. If you have any question, don't hesitate to ask.

You must be willing to share with others. It can be poetry, graphics, programming, tubes, or tutorials. We post these on the site to share with all the members. It is not fair to active members to become a member and take with no give. So we expect you to share. Our policy is that the item you share ALWAYS belongs to you, it never becomes the property of Heart Creators. The ONLY exception to this is if you have created something, willingly, to Heart Creators, and have given it fully to Heart Creators.

We in no way, shape, or form will tolerate member bashing. We have a super great group and everyone does their best. If a situation arises in which has upset you, you will handle it in an orderly and kind fashion or you will be dismissed. Everyone here is here to learn, share, and improve their skills in building a web site. Some are more advanced than others, but remember, EVERYONE started out the same. You knew a lot of nothing. We do not tolerate any spamming - so if you thought you would join to spam messages to members, NOT. If you are caught doing so, you will be dismissed as a member immediately.
